Our Mission

The Xquisite Pearls of Purpose Corporation was established by alumnae of the Xi Psi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® to extend our legacy of service beyond the campus and into the Bryan/College Station community. Inspired by Xi Psi’s history and driven by a shared commitment to impact, the organization was formally approved in 2025 as a Texas nonprofit.

Our mission is to advance communities through charitable giving and transformative programs that support mentorship, scholarship, leadership, education, health, and economic empowerment. We create opportunities that inspire growth and equip individuals—especially young people—with the tools needed to thrive and lead with purpose.

 

Guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and Executive Team, Xquisite Pearls of Purpose is built on the values of service, sisterhood, and sustainable impact. Through dues, contributions, and community partnerships, we continue strengthening the legacy of Xi Psi and investing in the next generation of leaders.
